Combining 17 years in endurance sports with a post-grad in psychology, my approach ensures you build endurance while staying strong, injury-free, and mentally sharp – and have time to have a life!

Hey! I’m Cornelius,
an endurance athlete turned running coach dedicated to helping busy people achieve their running goals. With 17 years of experience in endurance training, I understand the challenges runners face in creating a plan that fits their schedule & goals.
From Off-road triathlon to mountain biking and trail running with my dog Shelby, I have been at this endurance game for a while, with many successful ultras under my belt. I hold a postgraduate degree in psychology and a qualification in NLP Transformation Coaching, which allows me to support your motivation and mental game alongside your physical training.
