It’s all connected. That goal you want to reach, is going to need all of you to grow. The growth you are going to need is connected to everything you are. Every part of your life. You are what you decide to think, and what you decide to do every day. You decide every day what you want to do, what goal you want to go for.

But getting the goal you want is connected to everything you are. You are the choices you make, what you spend your time on, who you spend time with, what you do every day. What you think and believe ever day is what you get every day. But you don’t have to be stuck with it every day if you decide it doesn’t serve you. You can decide you want something different. You can decide that tomorrow should be different than today.

Wanting something different tomorrow means wanting things to change. And wanting things to change means you will have to change. A change in you means a change in all of you. A change in your lifestyle means a change in what you eat, what you buy, where you go, who you spend time with, and what you think.

Wanting some part of your life to change means some part of you knows deep down that you are meant for more. Some part of you wants more for you.

Wanting more and getting more is going to change who you are. You will need to become a different person.  Which is uncomfortable. But choose to go with the decision to change, rather than choosing to avoid the uncomfortable. That makes all the difference.
