Believe in yourself. The person looking at you in the mirror. They’re the one you have been journeying with all your life. Give that person a high five for making it this far. “It’s just me and you, all the way!”

All those thoughts you keep thinking, do they serve you? Are they even true? What if you entertained different thoughts? It is possible to change your mind.

Take a moment to experience those thoughts – do they make you feel better or worse? If they make you feel worse, examine their origin.

Where do those thoughts come from? Did they come from you or from someone else maybe? Is that a fact or an opinion? Could you be wrong about it?
