Hi, I’m Cornelius, and I believe in your creative spirit. The spirit enabling us to create a vision of the what we want, and the how to get there. When you live from within that power, you can change your life and the lives of those around you.

I believe in the power of entrepreneurship. The act of taking on risk in pursuit of a goal. Organising a system of people to create change. That same pursuit happens in a business and in your life. Solving a problem for a community, or losing weight. Taking on the responsibility of your choices or quitting smoking. Owning your team’s actions or writing a book. I believe this innovative spirit can change people and solve the problems around us.

Which is why I wanted to start my own business for the longest time.

Ever since I was young, I had the idea of starting my own thing, doing things my way. But I was scared, uncertain of the unknown. Haunted by the what-ifs. I went back and forth, endlessly. Looking around me, few people ventured outside of the established system. There wasn’t many examples I could relate to. So I hesitated. But the feeling never left me. Like there was more out there, and I had to see it.

So one day I took the plunge. And I realised I knew nothing. I started educating myself. And I saw the most important topic I needed to become familiar with was me. I got obsessed with knowing more, seeing the benefit of spending time getting to know myself, what I want, how my mind works, and why I do what I do.

I realised that same process works in business.

Going from unsure, unconfident and hiding away behind others, to stepping up, facing the wind, and steering the ship yourself.

It’s not just about starting a new business or taking on a personal goal. It’s about taking control of your life and the value you provide to others. Using your ingenuity to create the change you want to see.

The courage to create something new. To reinvent yourself. Risk it. Going after what you want. Not just blindly following advice. Challenging the old way of doing and saying: there must be a better way, and I’m going for it. We’re going for it. Serving others, not just for your own good. Contributing, not just taking.

That brilliance lives in all of us. It powers us as humans and as a team united behind a cause.

But too often, it gets buried under doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs in ourselves and the companies we are trying to build. We hold back, waiting for the perfect moment, instead of stepping confidently into the purpose that moves us forward. We blame the world, giving away our power.

In business and in life, our brains advise us to stick to what is known, comfortable and safe.

Even if it is uncomfortable, stale and fragile.

And yes, there are many examples of people blazing a trail and making a dent in the universe. But the average walk of life is not encouraging you to risk it. Do what we do, it may be uncomfortable, but at least it’s warm here. Common wisdom advises against the risky path. Only those with a certain stubbornness step out. Ignoring the mainstream. Choosing instead to follow the voice inside them telling them there is no other way.

My work is about unlocking that spirit. Helping people and businesses clarify their purpose, build the confidence to own their voice, and take action towards change.

Sometimes that looks like life coaching.

Guiding someone to overcome self-doubt and take charge of their life.

Sometimes it looks like marketing.

Helping an entrepreneur bring their vision to the world to solve a problem. At the heart of both is the same belief: when people act with clarity and courage, they change their own lives, and the world around them. the flame that starts small can light the way.

That small flame needs protecting from the winds of society. That small flame needs a safe space to grow brighter. Bright enough so more people can grow, build, and create the change in themselves, their work, and their communities.

I believe entrepreneurship and creativity can change the world. Imagine a world where everyone worked passionately on the problems they wanted to solve for other people. If everyone took charge of their lives, switched on every day, not blindly checking out, wishing for the weekend. Imagine that world.
