I went from having no idea what to do next, completely stressed out at the thought of the day ahead, to running my own business, completing my bachelors in Psychology and still finding the time to take my dog for a walk.

Everything in life is about a connection with something. Contrast with something. The thing we need to work on is how we relate to things.
Your values, beliefs and who you are influence how you think about certain things.
Here we cover the six main steps to getting that focus in your day that gets you going on the items you want to focus on.
Taking charge of your mindset depends on several things, so concentrating on simply ‘thinking differently’ is not very effective.
Chapter 1: Your Relationship with Self
You are the thoughts you think. If you focus on something long enough, you will believe it. This is what got you here! Your brain wants to conserve energy and keep things as they are. In the first chapter, you will gain awareness of the inner critic and gently change that voice to a more positive tone. Your relationship with yourself forms the foundation for your progress.
Chapter 2: Your Relationship with Emotion
Someone probably told you, “You shouldn’t let your emotions get the better of you”. Building on the awareness from Chapter 1, you will get the tools to navigate emotions better. Whether in the workplace or at home. Developing your Emotional intelligence is critical to further progress. You will learn how to become more aware of the influence of your emotions and what to do about it.
Chapter 3: Your Relationship with Stress
Building on your view of yourself and how you handle emotions, we consider the influence of stress as the source of emotion. How you think about stress affects your feelings and your performance. Stress is also strongly linked to how you feel about yourself and your values. You will get a clear picture of how you see stress and find a way to see it more positively – as something that can build character, resilience and strength.
Chapter 4: Your Relationship with Time
Your relationship with time has a lot to do with your attention. And how you think about your productivity. In this module, you will get a different perspective on the value of a unit of time. Why do we want to save time and optimise our habits? Your priorities here make all the difference; you will be equipped with an approach to improve your habits and see time for the finite resource that it is. So you can divert time from wasting it to savouring it with family, exercise, time in nature, whatever. Here we get honest about the habits that serve you and those that don’t.
Chapter 5: Relationship with Others
All of life is about people. Your relationships with others at work and in your personal life are crucial. Once you increase self-awareness and develop good habits, we will focus on communication skills, conflict resolution, and delegation. Your ability to get along with others impacts various aspects of your life, including your goals. If you struggle to work with others, feel like an outsider, or are convinced that others don’t like you, I’m here to help.
Chapter 6: Your Relationship with Purpose
In the last step, we look at how you will spend your saved time. With the confidence to go for those big life goals you haven’t gotten to. Meaning, purpose, life vision, call it what you will; in this phase, we make sure your vision is crystal clear. You will align your WHY with your values and plan how you can move beyond this course with intention, structure and energy.
